Dead Tenants follows the journey of The Preternatural Research Society-a team of paranormal investigators-through the attics and basements, living rooms and backyards, of the most haunted houses in the country. Coming to the aid of families who are experiencing unwanted ghosts and unexplainable activity in their homes, PRS is there to help. As a team, PRS conducts three-day investigations-literally moving into a haunted home and living with the besieged family for a long weekend. Trapped souls are released, unwanted ghosts are cleansed from the home, demons are driven out, and families tormented by that which is unseen are at last given peace.
Episode 106 - The Shelter:
PRS comes to the aid of a family who own and operate an animal rescue shelter in New Jersey. During their investigation the team discover more than they imagined as the history of the shelter and it's land are dramatically revealed.
